How do I join a team?

Scan the team QR code or open the invitation link your team manager sends you. One tap and you're in.

How do I start my own team?

Tap “Create team” in the app, enter the name, founding year and home ground – done. Then invite your players via QR code or link.

How much does Startelf cost?

As a player you use Startelf for free. To manage teams you need a manager subscription (€5.99/month for the whole team, cancel anytime). One subscription covers all your teams.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the store where you took them out:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Startelf → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Startelf → Cancel.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check in your device settings whether notifications are allowed for Startelf (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Startelf; Android: Settings → Apps → Startelf → Notifications). Then restart the app once.

Delete account

You can delete your account and the associated data in the app at any time, or request deletion by email to the address below support@startelf.at – we will then delete your account and the associated personal data. Please also cancel any active subscription through the respective store (see above).
